Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation by the Client

  • Notice Period: Clients may cancel their service by providing written notice to Xyliva. The required notice period for cancellation will be specified in your service agreement.

  • Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the nature of the service. This fee will be detailed in the service agreement.

  • In-Progress Work: For services that are already in progress, clients will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining balance will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel a service, please notify us promptly so we can adjust accordingly and ensure a smooth transition.

Service Cancellation by Xyliva

  • Non-Payment: Xyliva reserves the right to cancel services if payments are not received as agreed. In such cases, the client will be notified, and services will be suspended until payment is made.

  • Violation of Terms: If a client violates the terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement or our Terms of Service, Xyliva reserves the right to terminate the service. No refund will be provided in such cases.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Completed Services: Clients may request a refund for completed services if they are not satisfied with the final deliverable. Refund requests for completed services are subject to approval. Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility.

  • Unused Services: If a service has been paid for but not used, clients may be eligible for a full or partial refund. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Requests

  • How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us in writing at info@xyliva.com with the details of your request, including the reasons for the refund and any supporting documentation.

  • Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be issued using the same method of payment originally used by the client, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Approval Criteria: Refund requests will be evaluated based on factors such as the scope of work completed, the reasons for dissatisfaction, and the terms outlined in the service agreement.

Dispute Resolution

  • Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, Xyliva will work with the client to reach a fair and amicable resolution. This may include additional revisions or adjustments to the delivered services.

  • Final Decision: Xyliva’s management team will make the final decision on all refund requests. The decision will be communicated to the client in writing.
